Description
Our PTFE or ‘Teflon’ twin width nuts are manufactured from 100% PTFE, these are not to be confused with coated stainless steel. Using PTFE as the sole material allows the exhibition of exceptional characteristics without compromise.
Twin width nuts are an absolute necessity if a predefined tapped hole within your component is not available. These are a great alternative to Hexagon nuts if space is limited or if the fastener will be positioned in a slotted channel.
We recommend using the same material throughout the fastener array to ensure it is compiled with the necessary characteristics to ensure effective operation without failure or compromise.
