PEEK Hexagon Nuts are an absolute necessity if a predefined tapped hole within your component is not available. This ensures that the complete fastener array is compiled with the necessary characteristics to ensure effective operation without failure.

Our PEEK Hexagon Nuts are complaint to with DIN 934 specification. We advise that our hexagon nuts are paired with PEEK Flat Washers to ensure no damage occurs to the fastener or the component when torquing.

An example application in which one of our customers have used our PEEK hexagon nuts, includes an assembly that we manufactured in house for use within a dark matter experiment. The entire assembly was machined from PEEK bar including some supporting rods that were threaded at each end. The hexagon nuts were used to fasten the assembly together in combination with our PEEK washers to ensure that the entire assembly consisted of the required characteristics (radiation resistance in this case) needed to ensure required function.

What are PEEK Hexagon Nuts?

PEEK (polyetheretherketone) hexagon nuts are nuts with a hexagonal shape and a threaded center hole. They are made of PEEK, a type of plastic that is known for its high strength and durability.
