Description
We have a range of PPS low hexagon socket head screws available with short lead times and highly competitive prices.
The standard drive-type available for these screws is 6-point hexagonal drive through the use of a hex key (the drive sizes can be found on the dimensions table above).
PPS low socket head screws are often used in applications similar to standard hexagon socket head screws, however as their name describes they offer a lower head which enables clearance in components with limited space.
Why use PPS?
Our PPS range are reinforced with 40% glass fibre, this enables tensile strengths that are similar to our PEEK GF30 (30% glass-fibre reinforced) range, however with a much larger range of sizes and with reduced cost.
PPS has characteristics that are positioned perfectly between our RENY and PEEK range.
