Description
Oil seals get old and can become brittle. The rubber hardens with age and heat, and leaks begin to form on a once perfect seal. When they begin to fail there are usually tell tale signs. When in doubt it is always a good idea to replace them with new and high quality seals.
THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE FOR SEAL FAILURE IS IMPROPER INSTALLATION!
Our oil seal kits come with a tube of P-80 Emulsion to make your job easier. Using P-80 on seals during installation will help the seals go in squarely with minimum effort. These kits also include 2 Pioneer Weston crankshaft/points oil seals made in England (70-4568).
