Description
PEEK Micro countersunk (also known as Flat Head) screws are available in ‘micro’ sizes ranging from M1.2 to M1.6 and lengths 2.5mm to 4mm.
Micro countersunk screws are manufactured with a standard Phillips cross head drive type this allows for more than adequate torque for the fastener specification.
The standard head angle for all our countersunk screws is 90 Degrees.
Our countersunk screws are commonly used within the electronics sector due to being available in very small sizes.
Certificate of conformity available on request.

What are PEEK Micro Countersunk Screws?
PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance polymer that is resistant to high temperatures, chemicals, and wear. It is often used in demanding applications where traditional materials like metal or plastic may not be suitable.
Countersunk screws are screws with a conical head that is tapered and flat, allowing it to be sunk into the surface of the material it is fastened to. They are used in applications where a flush finish is desired, as the head of the screw sits flush with the surface of the material.
Micro countersunk screws are a type of countersunk screw with a very small head size. They are used in applications where space is limited and a small head size is necessary.
PEEK micro countersunk screws are micro countersunk screws made of PEEK material. They are used in a variety of applications where the combination of the strength and chemical resistance of PEEK with the convenience of a countersunk screw is desirable. They are typically used in high-performance and demanding applications where traditional materials may not be suitable.
