Function introduction: This circuit with 12V battery will become an energy storage spot welder for welding nickel plates such as lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries. According to different configurations, the welding thickness can be about 0.1MM-0.15mm. By replacing the thicker wire (10 square), it can barely weld 0.2MM thickness. After all, this device is geared towards electronics enthusiasts, and the frequency of use will not be very high, so it can also use 0.1-0.15 solder 2 to replace thicker nickel pieces.
Key functions: The keys can switch modes, each mode corresponds to different welding time, LED corresponds to red / green / blue / white / yellow / pink / purple, 7 modes, the shortest red time and the largest purple welding time. Long press to set the waiting time. The default is 3 seconds and the maximum can be set to 10 seconds.
