HRB provides a 6-month warranty period. The after-sales is as follows; 1. Free return; if the battery has any quality problems within one month from the date of order placement. The buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange a free return.
2. 1-3 months; if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange new battery to buyer. The buyer bear the freight.
3. 3-6 months; if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange free new cells to replace bad cells. The buyer bear the freight.
Not included in customer reasons, such as overcharge, over break, etc.
About the inspection pictures, please contact HRB service what they need.

Size: please allow error 1-3 cm due to manual measurement. Weight: please allow error 1-5g due to hand-made and different packaging material. Voltage: don’t over charge more than 4.2V and dont over discharge below 3.7V.
